Responsibilities

• 50% Support Outside Sales Portfolio Growth - Drives repeat business by providing customer service, accurate quotes, sourcing and project ownership.
• 25% Account Administration - Assists with quoting, pricing, availability and issue resolution for high volume projects.
• 25% Issue Resolution - Leads customer journey, post-sale follow-up, and invoicing/quote requests.
