Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Serve as a primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Respond to inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain customer records in CRM and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and fulfill orders.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive service.
