Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales & Sales Support Representative to join a well-established distributor serving industrial and electronic hardware markets. You will support customer accounts through quotes, orders, account management, and top-tier service.

The role requires 3+ years in related roles, strong data entry, and proficiency in Excel, with CRM/ERP experience beneficial in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, on-site, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales, sales support, customer service, account management, or order-entry experience.
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience processing quotes, orders, and customer requests.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and overall computer proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and manage customer quotes, including pricing, lead times, and product sourcing.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and product information.
• Maintain customer records and activities within CRM and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive service and effective communication.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Support account growth by delivering a high level of service and account management.
