Job summary

Unified Talent Group is partnering with a growing organization to hire an Inside Sales Representative in Carrollton, TX. You will support customers, sales reps, and internal teams through the sales and service process.

You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and assist with pricing, product availability, and order activity while maintaining a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Customer support experience or demonstrated aptitude for working directly with customers.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer concerns and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address questions and resolve issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution.
• Provide support for customers, sales agents, and outside sales representatives.
• Assist with sales order entry and related order-processing activities as needed.
• Qualify sales opportunities and support pricing, product availability inquiries, and sales quoting.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to support customer relationships and identify potential opportunities.
• Maintain accurate information through data entry and administrative support responsibilities.
• Communicate professionally and efficiently with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple requests and priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
