Element Designs Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Team Member to work with inside sales. You will respond to inquiries, provide quotes, guide product selections, process orders, and ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.

The role emphasizes strong communication, collaboration with production and logistics, and the ability to upsell or cross-sell products while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, customer support, or a similar role (ideally in manufacturing or construction sectors).
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional demeanor with customers.
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide quotes for custom aluminum doors and related products.
• Guide product selections and assist customers in order placement.
• Process orders with accurate details and ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and quotes to close sales.
• Identify customer needs and upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.
• Handle customer inquiries about products, orders, shipments, pricing, and specs.
• Escalate complex issues to Sales Manager as needed.
• Document interactions and orders in the CRM/ERP systems.
