Job summary

SuperATV, a Dorman brand, is seeking an Inside Sales and Support Representative to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will handle customer calls, chats, and emails, guiding buyers to select products that fit their riding needs and providing product support.

Required is proven inside sales and customer service experience, plus strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills. Travel may be required; Spanish is a plus. Base pay ranges hourly, with bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide top notch customer service to all incoming calls from customers and dealerships.
• Sell products that meet riding needs via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and email.
• Achieve revenue growth objectives by selling the product line and supporting purchases.
• Offer technical support by researching, troubleshooting, and answering installation questions.
• Follow up with customers on issues through phone and email.
