SuperATV, now part of Dorman Products, is seeking an Inside Sales and Support specialist to provide top-tier customer service, sell product lines, and assist customers via calls, chats, and emails. The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $18.80 to $22.16. A bonus is available and compensation depends on knowledge, experience, and location. Travel may be required.

• Responsible for achieving revenue growth objectives by selling the SuperATV product line and supporting customers with their purchases.
• Offer technical support by researching, troubleshooting, and solving customer issues and/or assisting with installation questions.
• Follow up with customers on issues via phone and email.

Job Summary

Primary Duties

• Provide top notch customer service to all incoming calls from customers and dealerships.
• Consult with customers and dealerships to sell products that meet their riding needs through inbound calls, outbound calls, live chat, and email.
• Responsible for achieving revenue growth objectives by selling the SuperATV product line and supporting customers with their purchases.
• Offer technical support by researching, troubleshooting, and solving customer issues and/or assisting with installation questions.
• Follow up with customers on issues through both phone conversations and emails.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have proven inside sales and customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Ability to make independent decisions, be a self-starter are critical.

Education / Experience

Mechanical aptitude, call center experience, and an associates or bachelor’s degree in related field, is preferred. Some travel may be required. Spanish speaking skills preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $18.80 to $22.16. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
