Job summary

SuperATV is seeking an Inside Sales and Support Representative in Madison to help grow our off-road product line. You will handle inbound calls, consult with customers and dealerships, and drive revenue by matching products to riding needs via calls, live chat, and email.

The role requires proven inside sales and customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Some travel and Spanish skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service to calls from customers and dealerships.
• Consult with customers and dealerships to sell products meeting riding needs via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and email.
• Sell the SuperATV product line to achieve revenue growth and support customers.
