Job summary

SuperATV, part of Dorman Products, is seeking an Inside Sales and Support Representative to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will provide top-notch service to customers and dealerships, selling products by calls, live chat, and email, while supporting installations and addressing issues.

Qualified candidates have proven inside sales and customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask. Travel may be required; Spanish speaking skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service to callers from customers and dealerships.
• Sell products meeting riding needs via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and email.
• Grow revenue by selling the SuperATV product line and supporting customers.
• Offer technical support by researching, troubleshooting, and answering installation questions.
• Follow up with customers via phone and email.
