SuperATV, now part of Dorman Products, is seeking an Inside Sales and Support specialist to provide top-tier customer service, sell product lines, and assist customers via calls, chats, and emails. The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $18.80 to $22.16. A bonus is available and compensation depends on knowledge, experience, and location. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven inside sales and customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening skills; ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to make independent decisions and be a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Provide top notch customer service to incoming calls from customers and dealerships.
• Consult with customers and dealerships to sell products that meet their riding needs through inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and email.
• Responsible for achieving revenue growth objectives by selling the SuperATV product line and supporting customers with their purchases.
• Offer technical support by researching, troubleshooting, and solving customer issues and/or assisting with installation questions.
• Follow up with customers on issues via phone and email.
