Job summary

Habonim Industrial Valves & Actuators is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative for its distribution and customer service facility. Candidates with inside sales experience are preferred, but strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn are valued.

Primary responsibilities include quoting, customer inquiries, and order follow-ups, with collaboration across internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in sales administration or a related role.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to handle inquiries and quotations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support by preparing quotes, addressing inquiries, and responding to customer requests in a timely manner.
• Manage and track customer requirements, ensuring timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Expedite order fulfillment by monitoring production schedules, verifying order status, and proactively issuing updates and reminders.
• Support the Regional Sales Manager and Inside Sales team with administrative and sales-related activities.
• Perform high-volume, accurate data entry for sales orders, and related documentation.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to customer retention initiatives by maintaining consistent communication and service excellence.
• Resolve customer concerns, including technical issues, by coordinating with internal teams and providing effective solutions.
• Assist with accounts receivable and collections efforts as needed.
