Job summary

Quality Sourced Manufacturing, Inc. (QSM) behind the Tru-Flo Valves and Automation product line, is seeking an experienced inside sales/customer service professional.

You will own customer relationships, manage data in CRM/ERP, and respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person while ensuring timely order updates. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in industrial sales or service, familiarity with valves/automation, and strong MS Office and communication skills in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of inside sales or customer service experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Experience with industrial valves, actuators, automation, or flow control products is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage customer relationships.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP and CRM platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Maintain and manage accurate customer data in CRM/ERP systems.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide proactive updates on orders, lead times, and shipping status.
