Job summary

Chervon North America, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative to partner with our dealer network and field sales team. You will handle customer setup, onboarding, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring accurate order processing and timely responses to inquiries.

The role requires a customer-focused professional who delivers exceptional support in a fast-paced environment. A hybrid work model and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must multitask in a high-volume customer setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across phone, text, email.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience with power tools/outdoor power equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer accounts in our systems.
• Onboard new customers by collecting signed credit applications and agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Logistics.
• Set up customer access in Dealer Portal and provide training.
• Enter and manage orders, process returns and credits.
• Respond to customer inquiries on product info, pricing, order status, etc.
