Summary of ResponsibilitiesThe Inside Sales Support Representative, reporting to the Senior Sales Operations Manager, is responsible for supporting customer inquiries, customer account set up, and dealer onboarding while serving as a key point of contact for our dealer network and field sales team. This role requires a customer-focused professional who consistently delivers exceptional customer support experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer setup and maintenance within our systemsOnboard new customers by collecting signed credit applications and applicable agreements, and documenting shipping requirementsCross-functional coordination with Sales, Finance, Operations, and LogisticsSalesforce (CRM) - Set up customer accounts, profiles, and complete related administrative tasksDealer Portal - Set up customer access and provide training and ongoing supportOrder entry and order management, resolving account related issues, processing returns, and issuing creditsAnswer incoming customer inquiries related to, but not limited to:General product informationAvailability and pricingOrder statusGeneral office administration:Projects as assignedMerchandising execution - order processing, execution, and delivery coordinationOrder supplies - samples, branded collateralSubmitting invoices for processingOther related tasksJob RequirementsAbility to multitask in a high-volume customer setting via email and phoneExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM systemsExperience with power tools and/or outdoor power equipment a plusWilling to take initiative, ask questions, and suggest improvementsPossess a high level of competency as it relates to details and accuracyAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in a team environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills across phone, text, email, etc.Must be professional and have a "can do" attitudeExperience working closely with team members in a small, growing office environmentThe salary range for this position is $50k to $60k.
