Job summary

Chervon North America, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative in Naperville, IL to assist customer inquiries, set up accounts, and onboard dealers.

You will serve as a key contact for our dealer network and field sales team, delivering exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment. The role involves coordinating with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Logistics, handling order entry, and providing ongoing dealer portal training and support.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume customer setting via email and phone.
• Experience with power tools and/or outdoor power equipment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across phone, text, email, etc.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer accounts and dealer records in our systems.
• Onboard new customers by collecting signed credit apps and agreements; document shipping requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Logistics.
• Manage orders in Salesforce and process returns/credits as needed.
• Provide training and ongoing support for Dealer Portal access and use.
