DB Roberts seeks a Customer Service Representative to support Inside Sales and Branch Management. You will handle order entry, reporting, backlog review, and spreadsheet administration, while backing up the sales team on customer needs to grow accounts.

Qualifications

• US Person as defined by ITAR (US Citizen, US Permanent Resident, asylee or refugee)
• Must be able to report to assigned office location on in-office days
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Proficient knowledge of customer service and standard office procedures
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong multi-tasking ability

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support for Inside Sales Staff and Branch Management.
• Assist with order entry and maintenance, reporting and backlog review.
• Prepare and maintain branch spreadsheets using MS Excel.
• Learn and use the DB Roberts CRM system and order workflows.
• Ensure 95%+ on-time delivery by communicating backlog and availability.
• Develop at least one process improvement idea within 6 months.
