Qualifications

• An associate degree or 1-2 years of progressively responsible office experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• US Person as defined by ITAR (US citizen, permanent resident, asylum seeker or refugee).
• Ability to report to assigned office location on scheduled in-office workdays.

Responsibilities

• Support Inside Sales Staff and Branch Management with order entry and maintenance.
• Assist with reporting, backlog review, and spreadsheet administration.
• Learn and utilize the DB Roberts CRM system and workflows to manage business processes.
• Provide back-up support for sales on customer needs and help grow sales with select accounts.
• Develop professional relationships with internal teams and external customers.
