Job summary

DB Roberts is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Inside Sales and Branch Management. The role includes order entry, reporting, backlog review, and spreadsheet administration, while providing essential branch admin support and assisting the sales team with customer needs.

A strong candidate will manage multiple daily priorities at a quick pace, collaborate with the branch team, and help build relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure a high level of service.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or 1–2 years of progressively responsible experience in an office or related customer service environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Handle order entry and maintenance; support branch administrative needs.
• Produce and manage reports and spreadsheets.
• Review backlog and coordinate with Sales and Customers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide back-up support for sales team and help grow accounts.
