Job summary

DB Roberts is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow existing customer accounts and cultivate new business within your assigned territory. You will manage transactional accounts, provide standard quotes, and follow established pricing guidelines to drive revenue.

You will partner with Field Sales, identify growth markets, and build strong relationships with key contacts. This role requires effective communication, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle a book of business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in sales or related field.
• 1-2 years of successful sales or related experience preferred.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Work with Field Sales Representatives to increase business at assigned accounts.
• Identify, profile, qualify and quantify key growth markets and accounts.
• Develop solid working relationships with key contacts within assigned customers.
• Provide high levels of customer service through calls, emails, letters, and faxes.
• Develop and execute effective quoting strategies for assigned customers.
• Provide backup support for other Inside Sales team members.
