Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas in Easton, PA is seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor to oversee customer service representatives and order processing teams and to work closely with the Inside Sales manager to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.

You will lead departmental procedures, monitor performance, schedule staff, resolve order issues, and mentor the sales administration process to achieve goals while maintaining service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; advanced education in Business, Industrial Technology, or Management preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in industry sales, customer service, or a relevant environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and define problems with metric understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service representatives and order processing teams.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Manager to monitor sales performance and drive growth.
• Lead development of departmental procedures to improve productivity and quality.
• Manage team schedules, overtime, and staffing to meet lead times.
• Assist with technical queries and distributor training sessions.
• Coordinate order scheduling, entry, and shipping to ensure quality products are delivered.
