Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Supervisor, Inside Sales to lead the internal team and drive revenue growth while strengthening customer relationships across the U.S. footprint. You will oversee call flows, coach account executives, and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems to optimize pipelines.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of sales experience and at least 2 years in supervision within a call center/inside sales environment, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of sales experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience in call center/inside sales field.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive growth.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Set individual sales quotas, track performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics and sales targets.
• Win, grow, and retain books of business.
• Oversee inbound and outbound sales activities to maximize efficiency and revenue generation.
• Provide daily oversight, coaching, and mentorship to inside sales account executives.
• Hire, train, and develop inside sales team members; promote a high-performance culture.
