Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review estimates, quotes and orders written by inside staff and provide guidance.
• Ensure training in systems, SOPs, product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Resolve issues on service, availability, price, warranty and delivery.
• Create POs, follow up on orders and back orders to ensure full shipment.
• Prepare orders and quotes for customers and outside staff with accurate information.
• Keep outside staff informed about account activity.
• Assist at the sales counter and support add-on sales through product knowledge.
