Qualifications

• Six months+ professional work or internship experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.
• Experience with high-volume outbound sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 80–100+ outbound calls per day to prospective student-athletes and families.
• Educate families on recruiting timelines and programs available.
• Qualify prospects and schedule consultations with seniors for needs assessments.
• Document interactions using CRM tools and meet sales goals.
