NETZSCH Premier Technologies, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support customers in a direct customer service role. You will handle spare parts quotes and orders, process through SAP, and coordinate with Aftersales staff to ensure on-time delivery and accurate paperwork.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, attention to detail, and proactive customer engagement, with a path to hybrid on-site/remote work after training in Exton, PA.

Qualifications

• Technical background with 6 months related experience or training in a technical field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to be attentive, patient and empathetic with customers.
• Must work on-site in Exton, PA with hybrid option after training.

Responsibilities

• Direct and indirect sales of spare parts and equipment accessories.
• Assist customers with identification of parts and provide quotations.
• Process orders through SAP with proper paperwork.
• Prepare customer credits, returns, and warranty documents; update delivery changes.
• Prepare customs papers as needed.
• Resolve issues with over shipments, late shipments and accounting problems.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Aftersales staff.
• Improve customer satisfaction through timely, thorough communication.
