• Respond to information requests from customers and prepare sales quotes.
• Engage in online inventory management and email communications.
• Provide pricing and availability information to customers.
• Cultivate strong relationships with the customer base and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Support, Community Management, Account Management and Business Development teams.
• Support related projects as assigned.
