Job summary

Onstream Inspection, a division of MISTRAS Group Inc., is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Houston, TX. You will support the VP of Sales and Strategic Account Managers, drive new business opportunities, grow existing client relationships, and manage day-to-day sales activities with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in pipeline inspection or oilfield services, strong consultative selling skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in pipeline inspection or a similar oilfield services industry.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid Passport; international travel ability.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills; CRM/forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Strategic Account Managers in achieving annual sales targets by helping develop new opportunities and expand business with existing clients.
• Assist in developing customer quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Proactively follow up on open quotations, proposals, and opportunities to identify next steps and improve sales conversion.
• Promote Onstream and MISTRAS technology, services, and pipeline integrity solutions to customers.
• Coordinate with operations, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to respond accurately to customer requests.
• Maintain CRM data, forecasts, and opportunity records; provide updates in sales meetings.
