The role involves processing amendment requests through Production and Engineering and handling special feature requests.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree or 6 years of equivalent experience, plus 1–2 years in customer service and strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• This position requires an Associate's degree or 6 years equivalent experience.
• One or two years experience in a customer service environment and strong product knowledge are preferred.
• Computer skills are required. A good working knowledge of BaaN, Mapper, and Lotus Notes would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to dealers, branches, and customers in regard to product specification, pricing, and delivery.
• Process amendment requests through Production and Engineering, as required.
• Process special feature requests.
• Provide major account support as assigned.
