Crown Equipment Corporation, located in New Bremen, OH, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support dealers, branches, and customers with product specifications, pricing, and delivery. The role involves processing amendment requests through Production and Engineering and handling special feature requests.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree or 6 years of equivalent experience, plus 1–2 years in customer service and strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• This position requires an Associate's degree or 6 years equivalent experience.
• One or two years experience in a customer service environment and strong product knowledge are preferred.
• Computer skills are required. A good working knowledge of BaaN, Mapper, and Lotus Notes would be helpful.
