Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation in New Bremen, Ohio seeks a customer service professional to support dealers, branches and customers with product specification, pricing and delivery, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role involves processing amendment and feature requests, providing major account support, and leveraging computer skills and product knowledge in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 6 years equivalent experience is required.
• 1-2 years in a customer service environment and strong product knowledge preferred.
• Computer skills are required; knowledge of BaaN, Mapper and Lotus Notes is helpful.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to dealers, branches, and customers in regard to product specification, pricing, and delivery.
• Process amendment requests through Production and Engineering, as required.
• Process special feature requests.
• Provide major account support as assigned.

Qualifications:

• This position requires an Associate's degree or 6 years equivalent experience.
• One or two years experience in a customer service environment and strong product knowledge arepreferred.
• Computer skills are required. A good working knowledge of BaaN, Mapper, and Lotus Notes would be helpful.
