Job summary

The Granite Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to be the go-to person helping customers select the right products for their projects. You will support the branch by handling calls, greeting customers, processing orders and quotes, and assisting with stocking and packing orders.

Ideal candidates are service-minded, professional, and able to discuss plumbing, heating, and HVAC products. Strong computer skills are essential to leverage our sales tools and systems.

Qualifications

• Service-minded attitude with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Experience in plumbing/heating/HVAC industry is a plus.
• Collaborates with branch sales team to support customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming sales calls and greet walk-in customers.
• Write sales orders and quotes.
• Assist with picking and packing orders.
• Help restock merchandise and perform other branch duties.
• Talk with customers about plumbing, heating and HVAC products and applications.
• Use computer systems to support sales activities.
