The role supports order processing, product recommendations, and customer service at the sales counter and over the phone.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, counter sales, retail sales, or wholesale distribution is preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, heating, construction, building materials, or mechanical products is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, quotes, and orders.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to contractors, homeowners, and business customers.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and project requirements.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pull, check, and prepare orders to ensure accuracy.
• Answer product questions and help customers find the right solutions.
• Work with branch management, outside sales representatives, warehouse staff, and manufacturers to meet customer needs.
• Maintain an organized sales counter and a clean, safe work environment.
• Learn about new products, industry trends, and product applications through ongoing training.
