You will foster strong daily relationships, manage order accuracy, and coordinate with Credit, Production, Operations, Shipping, and Purchasing to ensure on-time delivery. The role emphasizes customer advocacy, new business development through outreach, and maintaining gross margin performance while considering shipping and handling

Qualifications

• Business education or 1–3 years inside sales experience.
• Metals experience is a plus.
• Strong time management and prioritization; able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and discuss upcoming requirements with contracts or hold-and-release programs for current/new accounts.
• Prompt turnaround of quotes.
• Inform customers about developments affecting the business and share with the sales team.
