Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an inside sales representative to coordinate customer support from quote to delivery in a fast-paced environment at the Mueller National Call Center. You will educate customers, interpret project requirements, prepare quotes and contracts, and coordinate with manufacturing and logistics to ensure timely orders.

Responsibilities include using CRM to manage leads, generating estimates, handling orders, and resolving post-delivery issues while maintaining

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in a sales or service-oriented industry preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Professionalism, work ethic and competitive spirit.
• Sufficient PC and business software capabilities; office-based role.

Responsibilities

• Work within CRM to track leads, update opportunities and manage follow ups.
• Contact leads via calls, emails, and texts to advance opportunities.
• Generate project estimates and sales of metal building products and components.
• Manage time to maximize customer contacts and expeditiously quote projects.
• Enter sales orders and coordinate internal resources for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate post-delivery issues including damages, shortages, or changes.
• Ensure pricing adherence and proper policy compliance.
• Serve as the customer point of contact and maintain strong relationships.
• Act as liaison between customer and company for problems and needs.
• Analyze competitive market information and report insights.
