Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands seeks an inside sales representative to coordinate customer support from quote to delivery within the Mueller National Call Center environment. The role includes educating customers, interpreting project requirements, developing specifications, providing quotes, and following up to secure contracts and deposits.

Post‑sale duties include order entry, coordinating with manufacturing and service teams, and resolving issues to ensure timely, accurate delivery of products.

Responsibilities

• Track leads and manage follow-ups in CRM to move opportunities forward.

• Resolve post-delivery issues and maintain customer relationships.
