Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Texas is seeking an inside sales representative and project manager to coordinate customer support from quote to delivery. You will educate customers, interpret requirements, develop specifications, provide quotes and manage contracts and deposits.

Post-sale duties include order entry, coordinating with technical services, manufacturing and delivery, with emphasis on accurate orders, timely communication, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years in a sales or service industry.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Office-based; proficient with standard software.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue customer leads and opportunities.
• Educate customers and interpret project requirements.
• Generate quotes and close sales for metal building systems.
• Enter sales orders and coordinate internal resources.
• Manage post-delivery issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain positive relationships and report market information.
