Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands seeks an inside sales representative to coordinate customer support from quote to delivery in a fast-paced Call Center environment. You will educate customers, interpret project requirements, develop specifications, provide quotes and secure contracts and deposits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales or service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal skills and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage leads and follow ups in CRM; coordinate quotes to delivery.
• Generate quotes and sales of metal building systems and components.
• Enter sales orders and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders.
• Address post-delivery issues such as damages or delays.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure pricing guideline compliance.
