Job summary

ZEISS Meditec Inc. is seeking a Sales Success Specialist in Dublin, CA for a hybrid role. You will act as the main contact for customer communications, prepare and enter sales orders into ERP/CRM, and ensure orders move to revenue.

This role requires strong collaboration with multiple ZEISS teams to manage configurations, inventory, and ship dates. You will process orders end-to-end, provide status updates, create quotations, and assist in forecasts while maintaining GMP/ISO procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in order administration and sales support.
• Experience with order configurations and inventory allocation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilinguals are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from receipt to invoice and provide shipment status.
• Create capital equipment quotations and manage backlog.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and logistics to fulfill orders.
• Prepare forecasts and assist in sales force planning.
