Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in inside sales with strong sales process knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a collaborative mindset.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for assigned dealers.
• Guide dealers through sales programs, marketing initiatives and financing options.
• Act as SME for the Dealer Portal and assist with navigation and troubleshooting.
• Manage the full order-to-delivery cycle within the ERP system.
