Manitou Group is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator in West Bend, WI, to act as the primary internal contact for a portfolio of North American dealers. The role integrates marketing, finance, and promotional programs to drive machine sales growth and aligns with Regional Sales Managers to optimize territory development.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in inside sales, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in an inside sales role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Dedicated Account Management Support for a group of dealers/subsidiaries.
• Oversee end-to-end order lifecycle from entry to production to logistics.
• Serve as primary dealer liaison via phone and email for updates and issue resolution.
• Drive process optimization and provide business insights beyond routine data entry.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with dealers, manufacturing, credit, and shipping.
