Mystaire, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our sales team in North Carolina. You will create and foster sales leads, exceed sales goals, and deliver exceptional customer service by clearly communicating product details to customers and prospects.

The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office. It offers full-time hours, an in-office environment, and potential commission after the first year.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently.
• Positive attitude, strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong phone presence with strong listening and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and follow-up activity.
• Outbound prospecting leads via account/contact research.
• Develop a strong understanding of Mystaire’s products.
• Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and requirements.
• Accurately educate prospective and existing customers on our products.
• Maintain and expand a database of prospective customers.
• Proactively contact current and potential customers to generate sales.
• Target inactive and competitive accounts for conversion.
• Improve existing customer relationships.
• Work closely with other sales representatives, customer service and management to facilitate world-class customer service.
