Job summary

Rain for Rent is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Memphis to assist the branch sales force in achieving revenue goals across all product lines. You will prequalify leads, generate quotes, and take orders, enabling the sales team to secure more face-to-face opportunities.

You will coordinate delivery and installation expectations with operations, maintain customer relations, and support the sales team with CRM data, reports, and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or pre-sales support.
• Ability to qualify leads, generate quotes and take orders.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and convert to sales or refer to field reps.
• Prepare quotes, processing orders and coordinating delivery/installation.
• Maintain CRM data and assist outside sales with appointments and follow-ups.
• Support order changes and customer inquiries, resolving issues with internal teams.
• Assist with trade shows, events and product demonstrations.
