Job summary

Rain for Rent in Portland, OR seeks an Inside Sales Representative to assist the outside sales force in achieving revenue goals across product lines by prequalifying leads, generating quotes and taking orders, enabling more face-to-face opportunities.

You will coordinate customer expectations for delivery with operations and management teams, maintain CRM records, and support the sales team with quotations, follow-ups and orders while upholding excellent customer relations.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales experience is preferred in industrial equipment rentals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales leads to drive revenue.
• Prepare quotes, enter orders, and coordinate delivery with operations.
• Maintain CRM records and support Outside Sales with appointments/sales activities.
• Assist with trade shows and customer meetings and provide after-sale support.
