Job summary

Ohio Cat in Broadview Heights, OH seeks an Inside Sales Representative who will sell new and used equipment, rental fleet gear, attachments and services to achieve sales quotas. The role requires strong in-person and phone communication to inform customers of current promotions and provide equipment knowledge.

You will act as a sales lead qualifier for Outside Sales Representatives, collaborating with customers and the sales team to close deals.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A college degree in a related field is preferred.
• Must have at least two years of sales and customer service experience, preferably within the construction/heavy equipment industry.
• Ability to quote and close sales is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used equipment, rental fleet equipment, attachments and services through achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.
• Reach business targets through excellent in-person and telephone communication skills.
• Inform customers of current promotions and act as a resource for equipment knowledge.
• Act as a sales lead qualifier for Outside Sales Representatives.
