Job summary

Ohio CAT is seeking a Product Support Sales Rep to represent service and parts for the Heavy Equipment division within a defined geographic territory. You will drive sales of our products as part of a collaborative team focused on overall growth.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills, plus experience with construction equipment and territory knowledge to succeed in a dynamic, market-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or related CAT experience).
• Five to seven years of construction equipment knowledge or related sales experience.
• Territory knowledge preferred.
• Excellent computer skills required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Represent service and parts for the Heavy Equipment division within a defined geographic territory, selling those products.
• As part of the sales team, collaborate to ensure stability and growth of the entire team, not just their territory.
