Rexel USA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the Gexpro team in Greenville, SC. The role drives proactive inside sales via phone and email, builds customer relationships, and processes quotes and orders to grow profitable sales.

You will work with outside sales, use digital tools to sell and promote products, prospect new accounts in the territory, and analyze customer needs to close orders and resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales, or electrical distribution
• Experience with inside sales processes and order processing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM tools

Responsabilités

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specs, and terms
• Assist outside sales by handling priority transactions
• Use digital tools to market, demonstrate products and increase sales
• Prospect for new accounts within territory
• Manage defined customer base and maintain relationships
• Learn customer operations to identify objectives and close orders
• Provide product quotations and follow through purchasing cycle
• Report market trends and competitors to management
• Participate in product trainings to maintain knowledge
• Support branch operations as needed
• Other duties as assigned
