Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to grow the book of business.
• Generate new sales opportunities and process orders received by phone, email, or in person.
• Assist showroom customers and drive upsell of complementary products.
• Provide accurate quotes and enter sales orders into the system.
• Follow up on quotes and leads to increase revenue.
• Coordinate with branches, Purchasing, and Sign Department to fulfill requests.
• Support inventory management and daily sales operations.
• Learn products, vendor options, and DOT specifications for compliant sales.
