Helix Traffic Solutions, LLC is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join Traffic Safety Supplies in Maryland. You will engage customers by phone, email, and walk-in, build relationships, and process orders with accuracy.

The role offers product training, growth opportunities, and a team-driven environment. You will learn MUTCD/DOT standards and coordinate with Purchasing and Sign Department to fulfill requests.

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; fluency helps support customers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with ERP/POS systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships to grow your book of business.
• Generate new sales opportunities and process orders by phone, email, and in person.
• Assist showroom customers and handle walk-in traffic.
• Ask about projects to offer complete solutions, not just transactions.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Quote customers, enter orders accurately, and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for special orders and inventory knowledge.
