Job summary

Lane Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to be the single point of contact for project quotations and customer interactions. You will work with sales reps to prepare quotes, proofs, and revisions, while coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of information and submittals.

The role emphasizes building customer relationships, managing pricing, and maintaining product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience in a sales support role.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good customer relationships leading to profitable orders.
• Qualify customer calls, gather project information, and assist in pricing.
• Develop quotes, review orders, and prepare submittals and delivery estimates.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project flow.
• Enter new planning projects and maintain contact management records.
• Support field reps with quotations, revisions, and product information.
