You will support outside sales and use digital tools to promote products and answer technical questions. Qualifications include 2+ years in customer service or sales and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices and terms, and offer substitutes where appropriate.
• Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions.
• Use company tools to sell, market, demonstrate products, and answer technical questions.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined territory.
• Manage a defined customer base and maintain relationships.
• Learn customer operations to identify objectives and resolve issues through root-cause analysis.
• Process quotations/proposals and follow up through the purchasing cycle.
• Report market and customer information to management.
• Participate in product meetings and training to maintain knowledge.
• Pursue product applications using internal resources and vendor reps.
