Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales, or electrical distribution
• High School diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders with quotes, delivery specs, and terms
• Assist outside sales by handling priority transactions
• Use digital tools to market, promote, and demonstrate products
• Prospect for new accounts within territory
• Manage customer relationships and follow up on quotes
• Report pricing, products, and market trends to management
